Anwendung
Auf den ganzen Körper auftragen und von den Füssen ausgehend einmassieren, jeweils von den Gliedern (ab Fuss- bzw. Handgelenk) in Richtung Herz. Die empfindlichen Bereiche besonders bearbeiten – Innenseite von Oberschenkeln und Armen, Bauch, Ellbogen.
